Terms and Conditions
Precision Retrofits does not accept refunds or cancellations after 24 hours since the original order was placed as each order is custom made. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the original purchase. After the 24 hours we cannot accept any cancellations as your build has been processed and either products have been ordered or already started on.
If, for some reason, your order is cancelled after the 24 hours, Precision Retrofits reserves the right to a restocking fee.
We do not accept returns or refunds on custom made products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the course of action. If a product is damaged due to the shipping carries responsibility, we are not liable for the damage charges. We will work with the shipping company, however, to determine what will need to be done in order for your satisfaction.
We do not accept Exchanges.
We warranty our products for one year for anything that may be faulty or defective due to our error. We will also follow any of the manufacturer's warranties of products that may be installed within our products.
Shipping arrangements and warranty filings are the customer's responsibility. The warranty for any of the products is void if the items at any point in time are tampered with or altered in any way by the customer, or are installed incorrectly.
We are not responsible for any damages or defects due to faulty installation or handling of the products by the customer.
Our lead times and completion times are approximate. They range anywhere from 2-10 weeks before completion once the order is placed. We cannot issue refunds due to long wait times on certain products unless it is within the 24 hour cancellation window. Contact us to get an approximate lead and completion time before placing your order.
